Sadly, news of the axe falling on several dramas came down this week.Among the late autumn casualties is the little drama that could earn the headline:Eastwick TV show canceled.  Based both on the John Updike novel and the 1987 film, Eastwick was Desperate Housewives with magic, but ABC blew out their candle too soon.
